AI Visibility
How often and how accurately a site is cited or surfaced by AI answer engines, distinct from traditional search rankings.
Asset Transfer
The process of moving ownership of a digital asset - domain, hosting, files, or accounts - from seller to buyer.

Backlink
A link from another website pointing to the site or page being evaluated.

C

Content Library
A curated set of articles or content pieces organized around a single niche or authority theme, sold as a package.

D

Dataset License
The terms under which a buyer may use a packaged dataset - exclusive transfer versus shared, non-exclusive use.
Digital Asset
Any website, domain, dataset, content library, or digital system that has transferable value and can be bought or sold.
Domain Authority (DA)
A third-party score that estimates how likely a domain is to rank in search results, relative to other domains.
Domain Rating (DR)
A competing link-strength metric to Domain Authority, scored 0-100 based on the size and quality of a site's backlink profile.
Due Diligence
The buyer's process of verifying a listing's traffic, rankings, and history before completing a purchase.

A neutral third-party service that holds a buyer's payment until the seller confirms the asset has been transferred.

Monetization
The method by which a digital asset generates revenue - advertising, affiliate links, products, leads, or subscriptions.

Niche Site
A website focused on a single, specific topic or audience rather than covering broad, general subject matter.

Organic Traffic
Visitors who arrive at a site through unpaid search results, as opposed to paid ads or referral links.

Rank and Rent
A business model where a site owner ranks a local or niche site, then rents the leads it generates to a service business.

SEO Starter Site
A niche website built with initial content, structure, and early rankings already in place, so a buyer starts ahead of a blank domain.
